Returns, Cancellations and Refunds
We understand that an order may sometimes need to be cancelled, returned or changed. This page explains how cancellations, returns and refunds are handled.
Because Global GPS Systems sells professional equipment, some products may be custom-configured, ordered specially, activated, licensed or prepared for a specific customer. Return options may therefore depend on the type of product, customer type and applicable law.
If you want to cancel or return an order, contact us as soon as possible and include your order number.
Cancelling an order before shipment
If your order has not yet been shipped, we will try to cancel it before dispatch. Contact us as quickly as possible.
Cancellation before shipment is usually possible for standard stock items. However, cancellation may not be possible or may involve costs if the product has already been specially ordered, configured, activated, licensed, calibrated, registered or prepared for you.
If cancellation is accepted, we will confirm this by email and arrange the refund where applicable.
Cancelling an order after shipment
If your order has already been shipped, it may no longer be possible to stop delivery. In that case, you may need to receive the parcel first and then request a return.
Do not send products back without contacting us first. We will provide return instructions if the return is accepted.
If a parcel is refused at delivery or returned without approval, additional shipping, handling or restocking costs may apply, unless applicable law states otherwise.
Returns for private EU consumers
If you are a private consumer in the EU or EEA and you purchased online, you may have a legal right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days after receiving the product, unless an exception applies.
To use this right, you must inform us clearly that you want to withdraw from the purchase. You can do this by email. After notifying us, the product must be returned within the required legal period.
The product must be returned complete, clean, undamaged and, where reasonably possible, in the original packaging. You may inspect the product as you would in a normal shop, but you are responsible for any reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the product.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless we have agreed otherwise or unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Returns for business customers and customers outside the EU
For business customers and customers outside the EU, returns are only accepted after written approval from Global GPS Systems. Please contact us with your order number, invoice number, product details and reason for return.
Business returns may be refused if the product was specially ordered, custom-configured, activated, used, damaged, incomplete, registered, licensed or no longer suitable for resale as new.
If a business return is accepted, we may charge restocking, inspection, handling or shipping costs. These costs will be confirmed before the return is processed.
Products that may not be returnable
Some products cannot be returned, or can only be returned under specific conditions. This may include custom-configured equipment, special-order products, activated software licences, digital products, subscriptions, correction services, used consumables, batteries, opened sealed items, products with missing accessories, products with removed serial numbers and products damaged after delivery.
This does not affect your legal rights if the product is defective or if we delivered the wrong product.
Return condition
Returned products must be complete and include all accessories, manuals, cables, chargers, cases, packaging, licence cards and other items supplied with the product.
If a product is returned incomplete, damaged or used beyond normal inspection, we may reduce the refund or refuse the return, depending on the situation and applicable law.
Please pack the product carefully. You are responsible for the product until it has been received by us. We recommend using tracked and insured shipping.
How to request a return
To request a return, contact us by email and include your order number, invoice number, product name, serial number if applicable and the reason for return.
If the product is damaged, defective or incorrect, include clear photos or videos. For technical issues, also include a short description of the problem, any error messages and the steps you have already tried.
We will review your request and provide return instructions if the return is accepted.
Refunds
Approved refunds are normally made using the original payment method. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your bank, card issuer or payment provider.
For returned products, we may wait with the refund until we have received and inspected the product, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Shipping costs, express delivery costs, payment costs, return costs, import duties, taxes, handling fees or customs charges may not always be refundable. This depends on the reason for return, customer type and applicable law.
Defective products
If your product appears to be defective, please do not immediately return it without contacting us. Many technical issues can be solved through configuration, firmware, settings, cabling, charging, correction-service setup or troubleshooting.
If the product may be defective, we will explain the next steps. This may involve remote support, inspection, repair, replacement or manufacturer warranty handling.

Incorrect or damaged delivery
If you received the wrong product or if the product arrived damaged, contact us as soon as possible. Include your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging.
Keep all packaging until the issue has been reviewed. This may be needed for a carrier claim or supplier investigation.
Contact us before returning anything
Products returned without approval may be delayed, refused or returned to the sender. Always contact us first so we can provide the correct return address and instructions.
