When will my items be shipped?
All orders before 4pm will be processed and the same day.
This is for orders placed from Monday to Friday. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the following business day.
How long does it usually take before my items arrive?
Depending on the country you are ordering from delivery times may vary.
Inside the European Union
Between 1 and 3 days.
Outside the European Union
Between 5 and 7 days
It can so happen that the product you have ordered is not on stock and the delivery times may be a bit longer. As we try and offer our products at the lowest possible price it is sometimes impossible to keep all products on hand. Therefor, some articles will be ordered from the manufacturer when a purchase is made. We will notify you straight away when this happens.
How do I know when my purchased items arrive?
We will keep you up-to-date throughout the entire process. We will notify when you product is being processed and when it will be shipped. Once it is in the shipping stage we will supply you with a tracking number in order for you to track your items.
From where are my articles being shipped?
All items will be shipped from our warehouse in The Netherlands. If an item is in backorder and you have requested an express delivery items can be delivered directly from the manufacturers warehouse.
To which countries do you ship?
We ship worldwide! As long as there are no trade sanctions eg any other lawful restrictions preventing us from shipping your items.
What are the costs of my shipment?
We ship for free worldwide!
For express deliveries extra costs will be charged. These costs depends on the country you are ordering from.
Who is taking care of my shipment?
All shipments will be carried out by UPS.
What if my delivery is wrong or missing?
If your order does not arrive as planned please call us on +31 (0)35 205 7939 as soon as possible and we can trace the delivery for you.
If you receive an incorrect item please either call or email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number or postcode and we will do our best the resolve the issue.
What if my delivery is faulty or damaged?
Please call us immediately on +31 (0)35 205 7939 if your order arrives damaged. We can only accept complaints for damaged parcels within 24 hours of despatch.
If your item is faulty please either call us or email to email@example.com to discuss the problem. We can then decide whether to refund, repair or replace.
How can I cancel my order?
Money will be refunded if you cancel your order during first 2 hours after it was made. If the parcel was shipped we can only replace an item if it is proven to have a manufacturing defect.
What to do if the product is malfunctioning?
If device doesn’t work properly — contact us. We will help you with troubleshooting and will arrange a replacement, if needed. Warranty periods are displayed in the products description.
