Cancelling an order
You can easily cancel your order or an item from your order.
Once you have placed your order, you will receive an e-mail with an overview of your order.
Here you will find the following information;
– Order number
– Product data
If you contact us by phone or email, you can tell us which product you no longer wish to receive or which product no longer needs to be delivered. Funds will be refunded if you cancel your order during first 2 hours after it was made. If the parcel was shipped we can only replace an item if it is proven to have a manufacturing defect.
Once your order has been successfully cancelled, your payment obligation will expire. Any refunds will be refunded as soon as possible. How long this takes per payment method, you can read in return periods read.
It is possible that your order can no longer be cancelled because it has already been processed. In this case you will receive an e-mail in which we indicate that the shipment has been transferred to our delivery service. If you still wish to cancel your order after the 2 hours your order was made but before shipment has been arranged, a restocking fee of 30% will be charged.

It is possible that Global GPS Systems cancels your order for several reasons. If this is the case, you will be informed as soon as possible, it will be discussed why the order was cancelled and a new date will be set for the delivery of the order. My order has been cancelled because the item is no longer available. Will I receive a new article automatically?
After the order has been cancelled, you will be informed as soon as possible. Then there is the possibility to discuss a new date to receive the order in good order.
